Jim Bullion, Chief Executive Officer
Jim Bullion serves as Chief Executive Officer of WAHTS Hearing LLC, where he leads the company’s mission to transform hearing care by making clinical-standard hearing testing available anywhere, anytime, by anyone. A proven leader and change agent, Jim brings decades of executive, entrepreneurial, and military experience to the role, helping WAHTS scale innovative solutions that improve occupational hearing conservation and workplace safety programs.
Professional Background
Before joining WAHTS in 2023, Jim served as Principal at Focus Acquisition Partners, advising private equity firms, family offices, and strategic buyers on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities. He also founded and led Phoenix Global Services, where he supported businesses worldwide in achieving revenue growth, improving margins, securing funding, and conducting due diligence. Earlier, as Managing Director for Aerospace, Defense, and Security at G2 Capital Advisors, Jim guided complex advisory and investment banking projects for middle-market companies.
Jim is also a decorated retired US Army officer, having earned the Legion of Merit and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and having served combat tours in Iraq where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and the Combat Action Badge. His military service included high-level strategic planning, brigade-level leadership, and coalition engagement in complex environments. As a senior executive in the Office of the Secretary of Defense he led the DoD’s Task Force for Business and Stability in Afghanistan.
