He brings over ten years of leadership experience in engineering, quality, and operations management, blending technical expertise with a passion for process improvement.
Professional Background
Todd joined WAHTS when the company was founded in 2024, but has been involved in shaping the device’s production since 2019. While the WAHTS was produced under the Edare name, he helped establish an FDA-compliant Quality Management System, allowing the headset to be sold as a medical device. Since then, he has led efforts to scale manufacturing to meet demand. At Edare, he also supported R&D and production initiatives for several advanced technologies. Previously, he spent over six years at The Timken Company, advancing through roles in supplier quality, production supervision, and management. At Timken, Todd managed plant forecasting and budgets, led continuous improvement projects, and directed cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
His career demonstrates a consistent ability to improve systems, mentor teams, and deliver scalable results, qualities that now drive WAHTS’s growth in the hearing conservation industry.
