Position Overview
WAHTS Hearing is seeking a versatile team member to support our manufacturing operations. This candidate will possess a broad skillset along with the flexibility to apply it across a range of tasks. Responsibilities may include:
- Assembling headsets to detailed specifications
- Calibrating and inspecting finished headsets
- Performing final checks involving visual and auditory inspection
- Inspecting and documenting deliveries
- Packing and shipping finished devices

- Starting Pay Range: $20-$24 /hour, based on experience and skill level
- Full time Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour days between 6am and 6pm

You Have
- A high School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing company
- Familiarity with computers (MS Office suite, email, internet)
- Experience reading blueprints/CAD drawings
- Able to safely lift and move 50 pounds
- Hearing threshold levels shall not exceed 10 dB HL from 250 to 8000 Hz
You May Have
- Experience in an ISO manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving
- Experience with ERP tools (NetSuite or similar)
- Experience in the hearing industry
