Audiometric Testing with WAHTS

During the WAHTS audiometric test, tones are delivered through headphones to each ear individually, with ambient noise blocked for optimal accuracy. Patients respond by tapping a button on the tablet provided with the headset whenever they hear a tone. The test calculates the quietest sounds the patient can detect at each frequency, known as their hearing threshold. Results are displayed visually in an audiogram, showing the softest sounds heard at each frequency for easy interpretation.
Automated Group Testing
Test and monitor large groups simultaneously with the WAHTS. In automated mode, individuals progress independently through a self-paced hearing test while monitored by an administrator.
Meeting Requirements
The WAHTS will help you meet OSHA requirements by regularly monitoring employees' hearing. Testing is easier than every by removing the need of a soundproof booth.
Boothless Testing
Test in conference rooms, offices, break rooms, and more. By removing the need for a soundproof booth with the WAHTS, testing locations are endless.
Monitoring Employee Hearing
The WAHTS can be used to monitor employees’ hearing over time and protect them from hearing loss caused by loud noises.
Manual Mode for Customized Testing
In manual mode, a test administrator has control over the stimuli presented. The administrator can seamlessly switch to manual mode for more control and provide customized testing if the examinee is confused or is not responding appropriately.
Educating Employees
Audiometric testing with the WAHTS can also provide an opportunity for employers to educate employees about their hearing and how to protect it.

WAHTS
Advantage

Using WAHTS for audiometric testing and education helps employers effectively address their employees' hearing needs and ensure compliance with health standards. Audiometric testing, or hearing assessment, measures an individual’s ability to hear sounds across different frequencies, evaluates hearing thresholds, and identifies the type and severity of hearing loss. This testing serves multiple purposes, such as monitoring employee hearing, assessing hearing loss, and educating workers on hearing health.

In the U.S., over 22 million workers face dangerous noise levels daily, making hearing protection and regular screenings federally mandated. Traditional solutions can be costly in lost productivity and inefficient processes. Modernize your hearing conservation program with WAHTS and save time, money, and provide a better testing experience for your employees.
